Humphries School of law and being admitted to the bar, Mr. Carter began a general practice with an emphasis on litigation.  Due to his experience in a wide variety of the law, Mr. Carter’s practice is multifaceted.   He has assisted numerous clients in difficult domestic situations; clients who have suffered devastating injuries due to no fault of their own; and, has obtained relief for innocent homeowners from negligent contractors.  Mr. Carter is also a talented Rule 31 Family Law Mediator, who has helped many parties settle sometimes contentious or volatile domestic disputes.
